Imagined and founded during the first lockdown of March 2020, ACID/BASIC is a new Parisian brand with Cool&Chic values.
It all started in a room during the first lockdown, starting with two models. For Ruven, the idea of creating his own brand was obvious during this period. The pieces were made with love and elaborated in his Parisian apartment where he was confined. From the design to the shipping, he took care of every step.
The ACID/BASIC universe concerns this modern, free, powerful, feminist and active woman for whom is constituted a wardrobe of every day and all occasions: dresses, skirts, pants, coats, shirts but also sweatshirts and original teeshirts.
It is the association of opposites: eccentricity and sobriety, elegance and casual or fantasy and seriousness.
A style that is never static and with various references, varied and mixed, that advance with us in time and give new weapons to face the world today. We will find a mixture of eras: the chic of the 50s, the cool and free aspect of the 60s, the sporty side of the 90s the minimalism of our time, finally as its creator would say: a melting pot of influences.
