We discovered Pâtisserie du Coin situated in Val-de-Marne, it opened its doors in April 2017 and all we can tell you is that we loved it!
Qui sont-ils? Artisan confectioners, their recipes are produced with fresh and quality ingredients, in order to offer the best desserts in every great moments of life. They offer traditional gateaus and Design cakes for all kind of events for private individuals as well as company.
Pâtisserie du Coin restyles the pastry cooking classics like no one else! Especially chocolate éclair (the mousse is stuffed with an icing), the tartlet’s fruits are held up by a Sablé Breton. We were taken with the Fruitshakes (made in Australia drink). Also, be aware that the gelatine that is being used by this patisserie is from halal and bovine nature, and gluten free cakes are also offered in order to satisfy every taste buds.
Finally, our favourite pastry (although we loved them all) is the mango and passion fruit Duo Deux Mousses! Psst..from now on they offer savoury, we strongly encourage you to discover them for yourself…
