Founded by two young entrepreneurs, Sarah Zerbib and Margaux Sodoyer, Cakepart is a coffee shop born of a shared passion for cakes, the madeleine de Proust of these two epicureans.
Their aim : to combine tradition – homemade recipes inspired by their childhood – and modernity – with a pop, photogenic decor and universe in tune with the times.
With Cakepart, Sarah and Margaux wanted to create a ‘fast-good’ alternative, providing an immersive, gourmet and healthy snacking experience. Something for all pastry lovers and the most discerning gourmets.
A 100% home-made brunch at cakepart
CAKEPART, the brightly coloured coffee shop on rue de Charonne where bold flavours meet unbridled creativity, is announcing the spectacular arrival of its colourful brunch. It’s all about the undisputed star of the establishment: Cake! From September onwards, every Saturday and Sunday.
On the menu, you’ll find homemade cake, toasted, soft and slightly crispy, in two versions: the classic salmon avocado and the Italian-style cake with coppa, homemade basil pesto and parmesan.
The menu also includes a slice of sweet cake in a choice of flavours, from the tasty chocolate, banana and peanut butter cake (vegan and gluten-free) to the bold green parsley/mint cake topped with a beautiful meringue.
Favourites : matcha raspberry cake with mascarpone cream and vanilla cake with rose custard and white chocolate will also be provided. But this is also the perfect opportunity to discover the new cake of the autumn season, the apricot rosemary and mascarpone cream cake. Come and try it without delay!
