If there is one exercise that is both as beautiful as it is challenging, it is lingerie photography. Having been both in front of and behind the camera, I know just how much goes into it. Finding the right angle, the right light to enhance both the body and the fabric, while paying attention to the smallest details of the skin. Above all, it requires a gentle, kind and reassuring eye, whether you are looking at yourself or at someone else. Ultimately, it all depends on where you stand in relation to the camera.
Seeing yourself as beautiful, or helping a woman feel beautiful, free and confident in lingerie, is deeply rewarding. Because we know how difficult it can be to accept our own image and look at our bodies with kindness. We all have our own battles with our bodies and our appearance. But every woman should be able to recognise her beauty, that unique beauty that belongs to her and simply longs to be revealed. Perhaps even more so when she dares to reveal herself in lingerie.
