Returning to exercise is an opportunity to rethink your routine and rediscover the pleasure of movement without neglecting your wellbeing.
In Paris, two premium fitness destinations offer a comprehensive approach to training, combining performance with recovery: ÔZENHIT in the 4th arrondissement and SEMPER Wellness near the Champs Élysées. Both provide an environment designed to bring together comfort, expert guidance and balance, helping you return to exercise at your own pace.
ÔZENHIT, where performance meets wellbeing
Located close to Le Marais, Bastille and Île Saint Louis, ÔZENHIT brings together almost 1,900 square metres dedicated to fitness and relaxation. Opened in 2022, the club offers an experience that goes beyond the traditional gym. Strength training, cardio, cross training, boxing, yoga, Pilates and indoor cycling allow members to vary their workouts according to their preferences and goals.
Its defining feature is the aquatic area, which includes a 20 metre indoor swimming pool treated with ozone, alongside a sauna and steam room available to members. After an intense workout, a few lengths in the pool or a moment of relaxation naturally extends the experience. With more than 100 group classes each week and a team of over 20 coaches, ÔZENHIT caters both to regular gym goers and those looking to ease themselves back into exercise. Its coworking space completes this approach, making it easier to incorporate fitness into a busy Parisian lifestyle.
SEMPER Wellness, a more refined fitness routine
In the 8th arrondissement, just moments from the Champs Élysées, SEMPER Wellness focuses on a premium experience where every detail matters. Opened in 2025, this club spans more than 1,000 square metres, combining cardio and strength training equipment, cross training, group classes and a dedicated wellness area.
Its dedicated Pilates Reformer studio is one of its defining features. This discipline helps develop muscular strength, posture and mobility through controlled movements guided by specialist coaches. Classes accommodate a maximum of eight participants, allowing for closer individual attention. More than 70 classes each week also offer opportunities to alternate between yoga, boxing, HIIT and HYROX, depending on individual goals. Afterwards, the sauna and steam room provide an opportunity to unwind in an elegant, intimate setting.
Two ways to rediscover the pleasure of movement
From ÔZENHIT’s comprehensive approach and aquatic facilities to SEMPER Wellness’s refined atmosphere, these two Parisian destinations illustrate a different way of approaching fitness. Rather than focusing solely on performance, returning to exercise becomes an opportunity to build sustainable habits that reflect your own pace, preferences and personal balance.
