As the warmer days return, Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace unveils Ora, its new summer pop-up created in collaboration with the French liqueur brand St-Germain.
Set within the hotel’s lush gardens, this concept offers a gentle escape blending nature, elegance and Mediterranean lifestyle, just steps away from the Château de Versailles.
Ora, an open-air way of living
Designed as a sunlit interlude, Ora transforms the gardens of the Trianon Palace into a vibrant summer setting where time seems to slow down. At the end of the day, live musicians set the tone every Friday and Saturday, creating a relaxed and atmospheric soundtrack.
Guests can enjoy simple outdoor activities such as pétanque and Mölkky in a natural environment that encourages connection and relaxation. The experience draws inspiration from the dolce vita, where evenings unfold naturally in a warm and golden light.
A culinary experience created with St-Germain
In collaboration with St-Germain, the hotel bar team presents two signature cocktails: a reimagined spritz and mule, both light, floral and refreshing. These creations reflect the identity of St-Germain, known for its elderflower liqueur with delicate aromatic notes.
On the culinary side, Executive Pastry Chef Eddie Benghanem and the hotel’s culinary teams have designed a seasonal menu made for sharing. Crispy prawns with saffron aioli, grilled vegetable hummus, generous focaccias and frozen desserts extend the experience in a convivial Mediterranean spirit.
A refined summer escape between nature and elegance
With Ora, Waldorf Astoria Versailles – Trianon Palace celebrates the art of slowing down. Between lush gardens, sun inspired cuisine and signature cocktails, this summer pop-up offers a refined vision of the season, where understated luxury and conviviality meet in an exceptional setting.
