The hunt for your signature scent may take a lifetime, possibly because your signature scent always changes depending on your age, mood and personality.
There are many choices that need to be made when buying perfume. There are so many types to choose from, here are some things to keep in mind when choosing your perfect perfume.
Alcohol free perfume H3
Alcohol has been used in perfume for a long time. It’s used as a base for most perfumes and also used as the active ingredient for carrying the smell of the fragrance. There is nothing wrong with perfume with alcohol in it, but there has been a recent trend of alcohol free perfume, which claims to be longer lasting due to alcohol’s faster evaporation rate. Alcohol free perfumes may last 12 to 24 hours on the skin.
Some perfumes with harsh chemicals and ingredients can be irritating for people with sensitive skin. Perfumes with alcohol can also be very drying for people with sensitive skin. An alcohol free perfume may be a better choice. Oil based perfumes, or fragrances with fewer ingredients can be less irritating for people with sensitive skin.
Some examples of alcohol free perfumes are Dior J’adore Parfum D’eau, along with other perfume oils and balms from brands like Le Labo and Goutal.
Pheromone perfumes
Scientists aren’t completely sure if pheromone perfumes actually work, but they have been blowing up on TikTok for their romantic abilities. Pheromones perfumes claim that their smell can cause you to become more attractive due to the chemicals in the scent. It’s made of synthetic animal musk which is supposed to stimulate the nose and make you smell sexier.
Scientifically this is true for animals, where certain pheromone smells trigger sexual attraction, but hasn’t been proven in humans. Though some people have claimed that it has worked for them.
There are many different types of pheromone perfumes that you can find online and on websites like Amazon or Notino, and also reasonably priced.
