“If my life’s a bitch, I make it work,” this mantra sums up the message that Abu Tall wants to convey in his new single Bosser. A true ode to surpassing oneself, it echoes his thirst for success. In the video clip Abou Tall plays a prisoner dreaming of freedom and emancipation. It is through hard work and will that the character rises socially, we see him evolve from disillusioned mascot to confirmed artist.
For the realization Abou calls upon his lifelong sidekicks with Daymolition (Validé la série, Maitre Gims, Ninho…) and La Salle du Temps that we found on the clip Amour d’Alkpote et Philippe Katerine.
Musically speaking, this track bridges the two facets of the artist, his more pop side sung in the chorus and a more rap-oriented side in the verses.
