Inspired by the English independent scene since her teenage years, Coline Blf wanted to create her own songs mixing Bedroom pop and French pop.
Coline Blf is a 23 years old Belgian singer and songwriter from Namur.
Inspired by the English independent scene since her teenage years, she wanted to create her own songs mixing Bedroom pop and French pop. Her vintage and sunny musical universe has been influenced by Clairo, Mac Demarco as well as many French speaking artists such as Lewis Of Man or Claire Laffut. After living in California for a year at the age of 18, Coline spontaneously started playing music, first alone in her room, without any particular expectations. She released her first single “Tell Me” which reached over 700,000 listens.
Initially a videographer, Coline has been making videos on Youtube since her teenage years. A gift for sublimating simple things, she shares moments of life and talks about music, photography and ecology.
Committed to social and social and climate justice, she defends various fights, from problems related to fast fashion to climate change.
She released her first EP “Blue Nostalgia” composed of 5 tracks mixing French and English on September 23, 2022. It deals with the nostalgia of a past summer and recalls different memories of this intense period of the year linking joy and melancholy.
After 4 singles, including her first track “Tell Me” dating from 2019, she unveils the first track of her EP “LUNA” released on January 22, 2022. This first single, catchy, soft and retro is just like her first EP “Blue Nostalgia” which will be released on September 23, 2022.
The clip directed by Chloe Stinus, shows a queer romance during a birthday party with a disco atmosphere. This title evokes the sweetness and ease of youthful encounters. Usually illustrated by heterosexual couples, Colline wanted to talk about queer relationships through Sasha’s naive love towards Luna.
