The 48 coffee collagen in Paris is an innovative place that combines gastronomic pleasure with health benefits. The café offers drinks and dishes enriched with collagen, a protein known for its benefits to the skin, hair, nails and joints.
The goodness of collagen
Collagen is a protein that is essential for the body to function properly, and is particularly abundant in the skin. It improves elasticity and firmness, helping to reduce wrinkles and improve skin texture.
It promotes water retention in cells, helping to keep skin well hydrated. Ideal for regeneration, it helps repair damaged tissue, promoting faster healing. Collagen helps with joints and bones, reducing joint pain and supporting cartilage, reducing muscle wear.

The concept of the space
A futuristic atmosphere, as the space is modern and soothing, ideal for working or relaxing. Collagen-based drinks such as coffees, lattes, teas and smoothies, all enriched with collagen peptides. They’re blended with wellness classics like matcha, turmeric, coconut oil, activated charcoal and our favourite sesame seed. Snacks are healthy options such as desserts that are low in sugar but high in protein. We recommend the Neptune kiss made with white chocolate, blue spirulina and coconut, similar to the Raffaello.
Amandine Fornot is a French entrepreneur and the founder of 48 coffee collagen, the first collagen-focused coffee in Paris. As well as drinks, the coffee also offers treatments such as red light therapy, making it a place for holistic beauty and relaxation. The inspiration for the coffee founder comes from her personal experience with collagen and her desire to make functional nutrition both effective and enjoyable. She draws on global wellness trends seen in cities such as Los Angeles and Seoul to create a unique space where people can connect, recharge and enhance their self-care routine. The coffee is also a testament to its focus on ageing well.
