For its 36th edition under the theme of Animal [s], the Art Rock festival invites four major figures of the current Francophone scene. From Lomepal’s punchy flow to Charlotte Gainsbourg’s delicate melodies, from Angèle’s catchy pop to Delgres’ Creole blues, the festival continues to explore the pluralistic genres of art on the weekend of Pentecost.
Angèle, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Delgres and Lomepal, head of music news, have in common with the Art Rock festival to break down the boundaries between musical genres and to attract a diverse audience. Between poetic pop, hip hop, offbeat song, rock rhythms, electronic productions and feverish blues, this first announcement foreshadows the bestiary Art Rock 2019 and a boiling artistic fauna.
