The course of a sophrology session
The sessions can be individual or collective. They last on average between 45 and 60 minutes. The session begins with a time of exchange and welcome with the sophrologist. This will allow you to express your needs and desires and to get to know the practitioner.
Then, the sophrologist will start the breathing and relaxation exercises. He will then lead a time of exchange during the session. Finally, each consultant can express what he/she felt during the session if needed.
Making an appointment and rates for a sophrologist
The prices of a sophrologist session vary according to each practitioner. For an individual session, it costs between 30 and 80 euros on average. For a group session, the price is between 10 and 25 euros. Since sophrology is considered as an alternative or soft medicine, the consultation is unfortunately not reimbursed by the Health Insurance.
