The artist YZ will expose her paintings on the theme of the horsewomen, in particular the six thousand horsewomen of the Dahomey at the foundation Blachère from February 9th until May 25th.
While the street art is establishing itself in the public space, Yz breaks the codes by exporting the street of the Senegalese village in the closed space of a showroom by creating installations and working on the supports of a contextual work. It is during a journey of two years in Senegal, while traveling through cities and painting the moments of the everyday life that Yz was inspired to produce the works which will be exposed.
The exhibition will be held from February 9th till May 25th, 2017 at the fondation Blanchère at Apt. You can also find the other creations of Yz on her website.
