During the pandemic working from home and working remotely was done out of necessity. Now, after COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted many companies around the world are changing how they run their businesses. Co-working spaces have been popping up everywhere for people that don’t want to just work from home.

There are many options for people who don’t want to work from their couch, in Paris alone there are tens of co-working spaces. Here’s a list of some co-working places and other spaces with great working environments.
L’Archipel is a co-working space in Paris that is located in a renovated 19th century convent. It’s a great working atmosphere while also doing good for the community. L’Archipel works to help homeless people who are fighting addiction.
Le 10H10
Le 10H10 is also a co-working space that is great for remote work and for students. With an hourly fee of 6€, or 27€ a day this co-working space is an affordable option for people that need a good place to work. Le 10H10 has complimentary coffee and treats for workers. There is also a discounted rate for students, (5€ per hour, or 24€ per day). There are also meeting rooms that you can rent out for collaborative work or meetings.
With the increase of new start-ups since the pandemic, these new co-working spaces are also great for small teams looking for working spaces with short-term leases. Many of the co-working spaces have options to rent out larger offices for meetings. WeWork is an example of a co-working space on a larger scale. They have options for co-working along with office spaces for small companies.
The pandemic has changed office culture but not the need to work collaboratively. This new need for co-working spaces shows the human desire to work with others, instead of solely virtual.
