Wiolette is all about intense and creative coffee: espresso in all its forms, pure, brewed, blended, iced, spiced, in a sophisticated setting where powerful aromas and delicate details come together.Inspired by the violet flower, a symbol of sweetness and elegance, Wiolette blends the intensity of coffee with the poetry of flavours.
Espresso in all its shapes and forms
Invented in Italy at the start of the 20th century, espresso is a super-concentrated coffee made by forcing hot water through finely ground coffee beans. It’s the base for loads of drinks like cappuccino, latte, macchiato, and americano. At Wiolette, matcha isn’t just a trend, it’s a modern ritual, a moment of calm and focus. It blends in with the floral and delicate aesthetic of the coffee shop.
The latest novelty to discover is ube (purple yam from the Philippines), which is perfectly in line with the Wiolette universe: the same colour palette, the same soft, floral and original dimension. It is also trendy, Insta-friendly, and still quite uncommon, so it stands out! Ube becomes a raw material, like a natural extension of the house’s identity: elegant, surprising, plant-based and delicious. At Wiolette, chai latte becomes a permanent autumn signature drink. It is an infusion of comforting spices, softened by foamy milk and served in an elegant setting. Quite simply, a hug in a cup.

Our opinion on the coffee shop
Wiolette met our expectations in terms of discovery. The place is welcoming, accessible to all, and pets are welcome.
