We tested the Relais Spa Val d’Europe during a family stay, from Friday to Sunday, with 5 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 3. It offers a unique experience combining comfort, well-being and top-of-the-range services.
The experience was marked by a warm welcome, luxurious surroundings and services perfectly suited to families. Here’s a detailed report on our weekend.
Spacious, well-designed accommodation
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of the rooms and their layout. We had opted for connecting family rooms, offering a total space of 50 m², with two bathrooms, ideal for our group. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The children particularly appreciated the little extras provided on request, such as the Baby BOX and Kid BOX, which made life easier for parents.
Relaxing moments at the NUXE® Spa
The NUXE® Spa wellness area was a real highlight of our stay. While the children enjoyed the pool under adult supervision, the other members of the family savored moments of relaxation in the hammam, sauna or by opting for a treatment. The pool, with its counter-current swimming and chromotherapy, was a favorite for all. This moment of relaxation allowed us to unwind after a busy week.
Convivial, gourmet meals
We also had the opportunity to sample dishes from Ô Relais Restaurant. The cuisine, combining traditional French recipes with creative touches, was unanimously appreciated. Children appreciated the adapted portions and the options available for them, while adults savored refined dishes in a warm, elegant atmosphere.
Perfect location for family outings
The Relais Spa Val d’Europe is strategically located, so we were able to plan a variety of activities over the weekend. We visited Disneyland® Paris, just 5 minutes away by shuttle, and also explored the Val d’Europe shopping center and La Vallée Village®, perfect for a bit of shopping. Getting around was made easy thanks to the hotel shuttle, a much appreciated service with young children.
