Catwalks, designers, galleries of new designs… here’s what we discovered at Paris Fashion Week 2024 through the works of young designers.
Junko Shimada’s spring-summer 2025 collection
Japanese designer Junko Shimada has come up with a range of new outfits. Feminine yet elegant, discreet yet assertive, comfortable enough to enjoy the first spring strolls.
Leather, denim, linen and silk… this collection invites us to play with textures. Combine floral prints with a deep blue dress, carry an extravagant white bag and get ready for the summer of 2025.
The fashion shows we loved
September 2024 saw a host of fashion shows. Many brands came forward to showcase their new collections.
The Atelier Chardon Savard, a fashion school that showcases promising young designers and models. The outfits on show are haute couture creations designed to revolutionise the world of fashion.
The LOOLAYY brand showcases outfits created from traditional Chinese culture. The dresses feature handmade oriental embroidery inspired by landscapes and ceramics.
Mossi and Acne studio also unveiled new haute couture outfits for Fashion Week, combining eccentricity and modernity.
Designers presented by Mode Féerie
In a single evening, five different brands were able to present their outfits thanks to the production of Mode F2erie. Although a few men took to the catwalk, these collections were more focused on femininity.
- Maison Margarita offered supple, comfortable outfits in sheer fabrics. They showcase women’s bodies, whether slender or with generous curves. Diane, a young stylist, did the same with her ‘Am I a man? I am successful’.
- As for beachwear, Bikini Fernando shows off his Brazilian swimming costumes, with a festive aesthetic thanks to his silver accessories. Delysia has a more enchanting artistic direction, accompanying her bikinis with angel wings and high heels.
- Luxury dress offers oriental wedding outfits for men and women, with Arabian and Indian inspiration. These are followed by the sublime Sakabara crowns, handmade for special occasions. Abaymona closes this presentation with its avant-garde outfits, sometimes extravagant, very often elegant.
