Genuine support or just a publicity stunt by Bottega Veneta ?
Bottega Veneta is proposing gender equality by offering women the same thing it offers to men. And it’s a pair of slip-ons that it has chosen. This is nothing new in the field of sportswear, with sneakers being worn by both men and women. Of course, there are often colours such as pink or purple, which are often associated with women that most men refuse to wear.
Still, the Italian brand has decided to feminise this pair by making it more refined and unisex by offering it in nappa leather with the famous Made In Italy intrecciato pattern. Reserved only for the Bottega Veneta man, the €490 shoe has been reinterpreted to make the Bottega woman feel feminine and chic! The collection only offers two colours which are black and white.
