Located in the Villa M-Paris hotel, the Club Boxe & Fitness is ‘the place to be’. Pilates classes are one of its many sporting activities. We were able to try one out and here’s our review.
At the heart of the prestigious Villa M hotel in Paris, the Club Boxe & Fitness is a veritable sanctuary for sports and well-being enthusiasts. With a dedicated space of over 250 m² and open 7 days a week, this establishment offers a wide range of activities, from boxing to Pilates classes, yoga and MMA. What does the Villa M Boxing & Fitness Club have in store for you?
The Villa M Boxing & Fitness Club is much more than just a gym. It’s a place where every detail has been carefully thought out to provide a great experience for its members. State-of-the-art equipment, such as boxing rings, leather punching bags and the latest machines, are available in an elegant and soothing setting. Furthermore, the classes are taught by experienced coaches. They have been designed to meet a variety of objectives, from strengthening muscles to simply letting off steam.
How did our Pilates class go?
Our experience during the Pilates class at Villa M’s Club Boxe & Fitness was a most enjoyable and rewarding one. Under the guidance of instructor Bérengère, we were guided through a session that was as challenging as it was rewarding. Despite the different levels among the participants, Bérengère was able to adapt the exercises to meet individual needs, while suggesting variations and personalised adjustments. After the session, you feel that your body has worked in depth. You leave with a sense of calm!

We’d definitely recommend this Pilates class at Villa M. With its soothing atmosphere, expert teacher and holistic approach, this activity is bound to improve your fitness and quality of life.
