As a committed brand, Elvina Belloir advocates inclusiveness. Her ambition is to sublimate all women, of all ages and sizes. She relies on high quality recycled fabrics, certified fabrics and fabrics from the end of stock of the big houses. Finally, it also relies on a know-how in terms of cutting and quality manufacturing, with the support of the family factory of Elvina, the founder of the brand.
The brand’s footprint
According to Elvina, the brand’s creator, “women don’t just wear clothes. They carry fabulous messages within them”. A Franco-Russian fashion designer, she discovered the art of dressmaking in her parents’ workshops in Moscow.
At the age of 16, she moved to Paris to study fashion design at the ESMOD school. After obtaining a Master’s degree in fashion marketing, she joined the family business to develop the Paris branch. In 2020, she was selected for the “Entrepreneurs” programme at the IFM. It was then that she launched her own creative, modern and committed brand.
A brand in her image that mixes Slavic culture and French elegance for a chic, timeless and refined look. With the ambition of wanting to sublimate all women without exception, this philosophy is in line with her mother’s work.
As a stylist and seamstress, she dedicated her career to finding the perfect combinations to adapt her clothes to the morphologies of women with shapes. A legacy that Elvina continues today with creations that sublimate all women. And as Sofia Loren said so well: “there is nothing more beautiful than a woman who believes she is beautiful”.

The collections are made in Elvina’s family factory, 300 km from Moscow, but she would like to move the production closer to France for easier transport. With timeless pieces, Elvina Belloir is the new French-Russian brand to discover.
