For the year’s end celebrations, the Parisian house Edwart Chocolatier plunges into our childhood memory and restyles a character known to everyone: the snowman. The latter is available in diverse creations that form a family… slightly frosted.
You will love Gaspard and Bettina Desneiges, joyful couple whose generous shapes hide delicious chocolate-flavoured surprises (grignotines, nougatine, coated hazelnuts, ganaches and praline), as well as Martin and Augustin, nice twins with well filled heads (with classic praline for one and with speculoos and fleur de sel for the other).
Néroli, youngest of the family, is a dark chocolate Gran Cru from Venezuela half-sphere garnished with a mandarin and orange blossom ganache. This fruity chocolate sweet took up residence in « Coffret des Neiges », where it shares top billing with the chocolates « best-of » of the permanent Edwart assortment.
No doubt about it, these chocolate-flavoured creations will make you melt away overnight!
