The contemporary fashion show under the aegis of the Municipality of Milan, is more and more the reference point for menswear and for the previews of the womenswear collections. The notable attendance figures speak volumes about the direction the tradeshow has taken, which in January 2017 has touched 10 thousand visitors, with +18% international buyers, while the incoming from Italy is substantially unchanged.
The success of the event, parading the innovative formula of presenting together the men’s collections and the womenswear previews, has put on stage 270 brands, 197 womenswear collections, out of which 63 in the only women area. The three days were full of activity : they have invited pretigious guests, like Repetto, but also Italian premium textile manufacturer. It was a good opportunity to pursue and create new business associations.
The fashion show’s success organized in collaboration with CNMI, shines a light on two achievements by White, namely the flawless connection between the trade-fair and the institutions of the fashion sector and the event’s international appeal, a show capable of constantly looking ahead and climbing new heights.“The remarkable outcome achieved at this edition of the show goes to show that we are going in the right direction and encourages us do even more and better.”, said Massimiliano Bizzi, founder and President of the event.
