The idea of an identity crisis in which females struggle between sex appeal and creating a custom for society in formative teen years is displayed in the notion of pastel goth. A discontent for social standards and a need to reclaim femininity in our own terms. A contrast with cuteness and innocence the images have a playful feeling of freedom.
