The seventh collaboration between Stone Island and Supreme is a spring collection and will be available from 12 May in France.
The new collection features must-have wardrobe staples classic as well as outerwear that is perfect for cooler evenings and the fall or summer season.
The two key pieces are probably the yellow and black reversible parka: one side is made of water-repellent nylon with a large compass patch on the back from the Stone Island/Supreme collaboration, and the other side is made of thick faux fur, with darker hairs woven into a large compass rose pattern.
The capsule also includes lightweight jackets, along with cargo trousers and caps. Available in creams, purples and blacks, these items are made from a thermochromatic fabric made from military-grade ripstop cotton. The fabric is printed in four colours with heat-sensitive pigments. Temperature changes were an included aspect of the design as the result of weather variations changes the camouflage pattern of the jacket, cargo trousers and matching caps.
In similar tones, three hoodies are featured in the collection. Showcasing both brands, they adopt a spray-painted effect in the co-branding, perfectly matching the camouflage ensembles. But they are also accompanied by sweatpants, bobs and “messenger bags” in the same colours.
Finally, jackets in ultra-resistant Cordura cotton as well as jersey T-shirts will be available where the logo of the two brands is invited on a print of the Mona Lisa present on two items of the collection.
The Supreme x Stone Island collection is scheduled for release on May 12 in North America and Europe at Stone Island flagship shops and stoneisland.com as well as at Supreme shops and supremenewyork.com.
