An ambitious designer, Judith Benita is now well established in the jewellery market.
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Appliqués Duperré, she has chosen her path, that of detail, of highlighting her singularity on a piece as small as a piece of jewellery.
Her taste for detail was further developed when she worked for designers such as Isabel Marant and Vanessa Bruno, as well as accessories designer Wendy Nichol in New York. When she returned to France in the summer of 2009, she set off on her own. She believes in herself and her brand, and the future will prove her right.
Today, the Judith Benita brand has over forty points of sale around the world, in France, Japan, Switzerland and South Korea. A great victory for this young designer. She probably owes her success to the duality and originality of her jewellery. Colourful yet pure, delicate yet minimalist, for women who are both assertive and childlike. Beautiful mixes that have seduced women all over France and the world.
It’s also worth noting that Judith and her team make each piece of jewellery by hand in the brand’s Paris workshop. The artist has chosen to use polished brass gilded with pale gold, to which a thin layer of colour has been applied. She then breaks the rough side of brass with soft, tangy colours, as can be seen in her forthcoming Spring/Summer 2016 collection. Here’s a sneak preview of this delightful collection, which will be available in shops and on the e-shop on 20 March.
