We have selected for you, 3 beauty trends for 2014 to adopt this year as well.
The first is obviously the thick eyebrows à la Cara Delevingne, which have become more popular and can be worn rectangular, long, thick or even bushy. The second trend is in hairstyles, with tie & dye and flashy or dull colours. Finally, the third and last trend is make-up for men.
The thick eyebrow trend has brought us back to the jewel eyebrows shown above right, at the Rodarte fashion show. Obviously only people with an atypical style will have the guts to opt for this futuristic and very sea punk trend! It can be worn at theme parties for people with a softer style.
Winter 2013/2014 was dedicated to sober tie and dye with chestnut or blonde depending on taste. In 2014, some beautystas rebelled by unveiling flashy colourations, rainbow and other sea punk trends (above right). In 2015, we’re taking less of a risk by opting for the colouring worn by the young Kylie Jenner. Grey is quite dull and easy to achieve especially if you use your real hair. We recommend extensions for this type of hairstyle because, as we all know, bleaching damages the hair enormously. Don’t be afraid, buy your fake hair whether it’s a weave, clip in or lace wig, dare the dull tie and dye!
Men who wear make-up? Yes, it exists! The metrosexual trend has not finished evolving… Mattifying powder, bronzing powder, tinted cream and concealer are some of the references adopted by men. Today, men are taking more and more care of themselves, and cosmetic brands have understood this! Jean Paul Gaultier, Clinique, Marc Jacobs and Recipe for men have decided to create a range for men. The famous creator Gaultier, proposes a complete range composed notably of pencil, bronzing powder, mascara, lip balm and a transparent eyebrow gel. We only endorse the balm by Jean Paul Gaultier and the concealer by Recipe For Men. To your brushes gentlemen!
