HER BACKGROUND

Born in Paris, Laura Gwënaelle Berson grew up in the Paris region. After training as an actress at the Cours Florent, she went on to train as a scriptwriter and then studied cinema at Paris 8. Attracted by everything that has to do with the visual, Laura Gwënaelle Berson started photography at the age of 19 and from then on she never let go of her camera except to film, draw, sculpt or paint. It is through her sensitivity and gentleness that she approaches her favourite themes around the female body, mixing eroticism and dreaminess. Her landscapes, often uncluttered, try to retranscribe an architectural universe in which Man is erased by his smallness… Besides the realization of the series “Les garçons” of our last issue, she was also the photographer of our first women’s fashion series “Electric Sunset”.
